E.DEHILLERIN ESSENTIALS - COOKING WITH A COCOTTE PAN
This essential is thought for the preparation and the presentation at the table of a convivial recipe. Work the meat before simmering it in the cocotte pan for a few hours with its side dish. All that is left to do is serve it to your guests!

What is it for? This kit is composed of:
- an Oval Cocotte with lid of 20cm (made of copper with a stainless steel interior coating),
- an Ideal Chef knife of 15cm (stainless steel blade and wooden handle),
- an Office knife (stainless steel blade and nylon handle),
- a Beech gutter board of 35 x 22 x 2,5 cm
- and a Beech spoon of 30 cm.

Precautions: do not clean the kitchen items in the dishwasher and wipe them after washing. The copper Cocotte pan is not compatible with induction.
