BAKING MAT SILPAIN

What is it for? The mesh is made from fiberglass with a silicone coating which gives it non-stick qualities. The small perforations make the mat ideal for deep-freezing and baking breads. This baking mat is advised for the partbaking of tarts.

It is also good to know that this mat must be used on a tray, preferably perforated, for a better circulation of the heat.
