What is it for? It is used for baking and freezing culinary and pastry preparations from -70°C to +230°C. The edges of this flexible baking mould are designed to spread and pour all types of preparations and give them a constant thickness. Ideal for baking biscuit, crème brûlée, crispy nougatine, caramels, fruit pastes and ganache.
