What is it for? As the name suggests, sole filleting knives are ideal for cutting up any fish, including sole, sea bream, red mullet, trout and salmon. The long blade (17 to 20 cm) is narrow and flexible for filleting fish without damaging it and for cutting it into fine slivers. They can also be used to chop vegetables into cubes, shred leafy vegetables and finely chop onions and shallots. Knife with stainless-steel blade and elastomer-covered polypropylene handle.
